Boston’s biggest free workout series, Seaport Sweat, is back for its ninth season, and Ashley Mitchell will be teaching Tuesdays at 5:30pm.

Total Body Triumph is an exhilarating, bootcamp- style class combining strength, cardio, and mobility. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete, this bodyweight class is a supportive environment where everybody can thrive!
